Sen Shop is a Slovenian brand specializing in natural personal care products and dietary supplements. Founded in 1998, the brand is committed to offering health solutions through natural, eco-friendly products. Sen stands for Slovenian, Ecological, and Natural, reflecting the company’s focus on sustainability and local sourcing.
Their product range includes skincare, immune support, and body care, all free from artificial additives. Their online platform not only provides a shopping experience but also offers a blog with health tips and guidance on living a healthy lifestyle.

The Sen brand, known for its popular e-commerce shop, approached us with the goal of redesigning their entire webshop to meet modern standards and improve the overall user experience. While functional, the existing website lacked the sleek, minimalistic design needed to engage today’s customers.
The challenge was to create a visually appealing platform that would boost sales, enhance usability, and integrate advanced e-commerce functionalities.
The primary goal was to modernize the design while improving usability and ensuring the webshop adhered to the latest Google SEO guidelines for both desktop and mobile devices.
Another key objective was to make the website easier to navigate, more informative, and accessible. Additionally, features such as cross-selling, product bundles, subscriptions, and customer registration portals for order management were crucial to boosting sales.
In redesigning the website, I focused on creating a minimalist, modern aesthetic that clearly communicated the brand’s values and unique selling points. The layout was kept simple yet engaging, with scalability in mind for product pages.
These pages were designed to be modular, allowing the client to easily update text and images while reusing sections as needed. Conversion boosters like product bundling, subscription services, and special offers were also integrated to enhance the shopping experience.
I also developed a blog section with multimedia support, enabling the use of photos, videos, and text that could be categorized for SEO purposes. Accessibility and mobile optimization were prioritized to ensure a smooth user experience across all devices.
The result was a sleek, minimalistic webshop that combined enhanced functionality with modern design. Key e-commerce features, such as personalized product recommendations, bundling options, and an intuitive interface for managing subscriptions and orders, were implemented.
The blog section was SEO-optimized with support for multimedia and multiple categories. The modular design made future scalability seamless, enabling easy updates and expansions without requiring a full redesign.
The redesigned Sen webshop delivered a modern, fresh platform that improved all key user metrics. The new design boosted sales conversions and user engagement, while the SEO improvements resulted in better search rankings and increased traffic. The modular and flexible layout continues to serve as a highly effective tool for scaling the brand’s online presence.
